What is EigenLayer Season 2 operator’s allocation share?

At P2P.org, we're all about sharing success with the people who make it possible - you, our valued delegators. As the leading operator in the EigenLayer ecosystem, we're excited to announce that as part of EigenLayer Airdrop Season 2, we're distributing 828.2381 ETH (approximately $2.19 million at current prices) to eligible participants. This represents the largest operator’s allocation share in the community, and it's our way of expressing our gratitude for your trust and loyalty.

Why it's shared ETH, but not EIGEN?

To comply with regulatory requirements, we have decided to distribute rewards in ETH rather than EIGEN tokens. This decision helps mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliant rewards for our delegators while maintaining a focus on security.

ETH was chosen as a fair alternative due to its ability to reduce the impact of exchange rate fluctuations, as some time is required from conversion to claim availability. By opting for ETH, which is more closely correlated with EIGEN, we aim to preserve value for our community.

Additionally, claiming rewards in ETH is more cost-effective, reducing gas fees for claims by up to threefold.

Who is eligible for this allocation share?

Delegating to P2P.org [all AVS operator] before August 15
Eligibility for ETH delegators: 1 ETH/day, which is equivalent to delegating 1 ETH for 1 day, or staking 0.1 ETH for 10 days.
Eligibility for EIGEN delegators: 3,000 EIGEN/day, which is equivalent to delegating 3,000 EIGEN for 1 day, or staking 100 EIGEN for 30 days.

How is the number of ETH for each participant calculated?

The allocation share consists of two parts: 75% of the rewards are distributed linearly based on restaked ETH & EIGEN, with a bias toward smaller delegators, and 25% is given as a top-up to encourage our loyal delegators—those who have been delegating with us for over a month and P2P.org fans who not only restake in EigenLayer but also stake 32 ETH or more with our Ethereum Validators through eth.p2p.org. This approach is designed to recognize the contribution of whales, while also ensuring that smaller delegators and our loyal community members are not overlooked.

When will the distribution start?

Which blockchains and wallets are supported?

ERC-20 wallets on the Ethereum mainnet from which you participated in EigenLayer.

What is the total amount of ETH to be shared?

We deeply appreciate the trust our community places in us, and that's why we're distributing 828.2381 - around $2.19M directly back to our loyal delegators—the largest distribution among all operators.

Are there country restrictions for participation?

Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we're unable to provide rewards to users in certain countries or those associated with sanctioned addresses. These restrictions are in place to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations. We must adhere to these guidelines to maintain the integrity and legality of our platform.
